Senior Chair Pilates In-Person
Exercises in this class are low-impact and are designed to improve coordination, joint stability, posture, mobility, and core strength. This Pilates class will focus primarily on seated and standing body-weight exercises that can be adapted to meet each individual where they are. You do not need any previous experience!!
